Affivra(이하 "서비스")는 신체 변화 추적, 호르몬 치료 기록, 건강 데이터 관리를 위한 웹/모바일 애플리케이션입니다.

2. 이용 조건

본 서비스는 만 14세 이상의 사용자에게 제공됩니다.
사용자는 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 타인의 계정을 사용할 수 없습니다.
서비스 이용 시 관련 법령을 준수해야 합니다.

3. 의료 면책

본 서비스는 웰니스·자기관리 목적의 기록 도구이며, 의료기기가 아닙니다. 의료 조언, 진단 또는 치료를 제공하지 않습니다. AI 분석 및 건강 정보는 참고 목적이며, 의료적 판단은 반드시 전문 의료인과 상담하시기 바랍니다.

3-1. AI 기능 이용 조건

AI 분석은 사용자가 직접 설정한 외부 AI API를 통해 제공됩니다.
AI에 전송되는 데이터는 신체 측정값, 호르몬 수치, 투약 정보로 한정됩니다 (개인 식별 정보 미포함).
AI 응답의 정확성이나 적절성을 보장하지 않습니다.
AI 기능 사용 시 해당 AI 제공자의 이용약관이 추가로 적용됩니다.
AI 분석 결과에 기반한 의료적 결정에 대해 Affivra는 책임지지 않습니다.

4. 구독 및 결제

프리미엄 구독은 다음 플랫폼을 통해 처리됩니다:
- Google Play: Google Play 인앱 결제를 통해 처리되며 Google Play의 결제 정책을 따릅니다.
- Apple App Store: Apple 인앱 구매를 통해 처리되며 Apple의 결제 정책을 따릅니다.
- 웹: Paddle 또는 Stripe를 통해 처리될 수 있습니다.
구독 가격 및 갱신 조건은 결제 시점에 명시됩니다.

구독 취소는 각 플랫폼의 단말기 갱신일 24시간 전까지 가능합니다.

5. 데이터 및 콘텐츠

사용자가 입력한 건강 데이터의 소유권은 사용자에게 있습니다.
사용자는 언제든지 데이터를 내보내거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 서비스 변경 및 중단

운영자는 사전 공지 후 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 유료 구독 기간 중 서비스가 중단될 경우, 미사용 기간에 대한 환불을 제공합니다.

7. 면책 조항

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 데이터의 정확성이나 완전성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용으로 인한 직접적 또는 간접적 손해에 대해 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Affivra ("the Service") is a web/mobile application for body change tracking, hormone therapy recording, and health data management.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to users aged 14 and above.
Users must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account.
Users must comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

3. Medical Disclaimer

This Service is a wellness and self-care recording tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI analysis and health information are for reference only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3-1. AI Feature Terms

AI analysis is provided through an external AI API configured by the user.
Data sent to AI is limited to body measurements, hormone levels, and medication info (no personally identifiable information).
We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI responses.
When using AI features, the AI provider's terms of service additionally apply.
Affivra is not responsible for medical decisions based on AI analysis results.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through the following platforms:
- Google Play: Processed via Google Play in-app billing, subject to Google Play's payment policies.
- Apple App Store: Processed via Apple in-app purchase, subject to Apple's payment policies.
- Web: May be processed via Paddle or Stripe.
Subscription pricing and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions can be canceled up to 24 hours before the next billing date on each platform.

5. Data & Content

Users retain ownership of their health data.
Users may export or delete their data at any time.

6. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice. Refunds for unused subscription periods will be provided if the Service is discontinued during an active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email.

3. 医療免責事項

本サービスはウェルネス・セルフケア目的の記録ツールであり、医療機器ではありません。医療上のアドバイス、診断、治療を提供するものではありません。AI分析および健康情報は参考目的であり、医療的判断は必ず専門の医療従事者にご相談ください。

3-1. AI機能利用条件

AI分析はユーザーが設定した外部AI APIを通じて提供されます。
AIに送信されるデータは身体測定値、ホルモン値、投薬情報に限定されます（個人識別情報は含みません）。
AI応答の正確性や適切性を保証しません。
AI機能使用時には、該当AIプロバイダーの利用規約が追加で適用されます。

プレミアムサブスクリプションは以下のプラットフォームを通じて処理されます：

- Apple App Store: Appleアプリ内購入で処理され、Appleの決済ポリシーに従います。
- Web: PaddleまたはStripeで処理される場合があります。

サブスクリプションの解約は各プラットフォームの次回請求日の24時間前まで可能です。

5. データ＆コンテンツ

ユーザーが入力した健康データの所有権はユーザーにあります。

6. サービスの変更・中断

運営者は事前通知の上、サービスを変更または中断することがあります。有料サブスクリプション期間中にサービスが中断された場合、未使用期間の返金を提供します。

本サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、データの正確性や完全性を保証しません。サービス利用により生じた直接的または間接的な損害について、法律が許容する範囲内で責任を負いません。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は変更される場合があります。重要な変更はサービス内通知またはメールでお知らせします。

Affivra ("el Servicio") es una aplicación web/móvil para el seguimiento de cambios corporales, registro de terapia hormonal y gestión de datos de salud.

2. Elegibilidad

El Servicio está disponible para usuarios de 14 años o más.
Los usuarios deben proporcionar información precisa y no pueden usar la cuenta de otra persona.
Los usuarios deben cumplir con las leyes aplicables al usar el Servicio.

3. Descargo de Responsabilidad Médica

Este Servicio es una herramienta de bienestar y autocuidado, no un dispositivo médico. No proporciona consejos médicos, diagnósticos ni tratamientos. El análisis de IA y la información de salud son solo de referencia. Siempre consulte a un profesional de salud cualificado para decisiones médicas.

3-1. Términos de la Función de IA

El análisis de IA se proporciona a través de una API de IA externa configurada por el usuario.
Los datos enviados a la IA se limitan a medidas corporales, niveles hormonales e información de medicación (sin información de identificación personal).
No garantizamos la precisión o idoneidad de las respuestas de la IA.
Al usar funciones de IA, se aplican adicionalmente los términos de servicio del proveedor de IA.
Affivra no es responsable de decisiones médicas basadas en los resultados del análisis de IA.

4. Suscripciones y Pagos

Las suscripciones premium se procesan a través de las siguientes plataformas:
- Google Play: Procesado mediante facturación dentro de la app de Google Play, sujeto a las políticas de pago de Google Play.
- Apple App Store: Procesado mediante compra dentro de la app de Apple, sujeto a las políticas de pago de Apple.
- Web: Puede procesarse mediante Paddle o Stripe.
Los precios de suscripción y los términos de renovación se muestran en el momento de la compra.
